Helpful doctors on past two recent visits - (Dr M'Cardle today Dr Knox a few weeks ago. Dr Harnor in past). All listen, explain and discuss with me in professional, friendly and clear manner.

When sending texts it would be helpful if the surgery could state whom the appointment is with as well as dates, times etc. It took the receptionist several minutes to locate which nurse I was booked to see and seemed to think I should know already.

Medical care is generally good too excellent but the barriers put in place to distance patients from being able to arrange a suitable appointment are totally unacceptable.
A delay of weeks to see a Dr. of your choice or for continuation of treatment is unacceptable.

The time is 1:10 pm, the clinic was supposed to start at 1 pm. No sign of the doctor. The consultation room is locked up.
